LEMON BLUEBERRY VODKA SPRITZER



This lemon blueberry vodka spritzer is perfect for holiday parties, weekend brunches or girl's nights. If you are searching for a signature drink, your search is over thanks to this easy cocktail recipe!

INGREDIENTS

COCKTAIL

  • 1.5 ounces blueberry flavored vodka
  • 1 tablespoon honey simple syrup
  • 1 (12 ounce) can lemon-flavored sparkling water

HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup honey

OPTIONAL GARNISHES

  • lemon slices
  • fresh blueberries
  • rosemary sprig

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To make honey simple syrup, combine the water and honey in a small pot over medium low heat. 
  2. Stir frequently until the honey dissolves, then remove from heat. Allow to cool before using.
  3. To make the cocktail, combine the blueberry vodka and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake or stir vigorously until chilled. 
  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice. 
  5. Top with lemon-flavored sparkling water. Garnish if desired.

LEMON DROP COCKTAIL Lemon Drop Cocktail is the perfect drink to wet your whistle. This refreshing drink is simply the best, lightly flavored with the best lemons around. I NGREDIENTS 2 oz. Van Gogh Vodka 1 oz. Limoncello di Capri 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 4 – 1/4 inch thick slices Cucumber 3 Basil Leaves 3 dashes Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters Garnish: One basil leaf Three cucumber slices INSTRUCTIONS Muddle 4 – 1/4 inch thick slices of cucumber and 3 Basil Leaves in a shaker.  Add ice, Limoncello di Capri, Van Gogh Vodka and lemon juice.  Shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass.  Top with 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters and garnish with basil and cucumber.
